The lady on reception was rude and not very welcoming, really let the place down and I suspect would lose walk in trade. Gary the masseur was fantastic a really credit to herbal inn, would recommend him and book again.

Had a foot reflexology. It is OK but I expect more on pressure point like what I had before in other spa. It is more of a foot massage.
