I booked a bridal service, and although the initial process was well managed and professional I was really let down by the service immediately before my wedding. We agreed transport would be included but the day before my wedding I was asked to pay extra despite the venue I was getting ready at being the same distance as my wedding venue. I was also asked to pay extra (also not agreed) for lace customisation. The lace was over bleached, which I didn't even ask for and now looks terrible.

Lovely, lovely, lovely establishment. Felt at home the minute I walked in. Had the most in depth consultation I’ve ever had and amazing following advice. Heather is so knowledgeable and non-judgmental. If you want to take care of your hair, this is the place.
