I was told that my 4C hair is too hard and won't sleek into a ponytail. The hairdresser looked annoyed to be doing my hair and kept huffing and puffing like my hair was an inconvenience/nuisance and it made me feel very self conscious. After a failed attempt she angrily washed it out, Olivia came to give her a hand and got me looking all sleeked and neat (which I was told wasn't possible). Unfortunately I can't get the sour taste of the whole ordeal out of my mouth and this is why the review

The style looks great but I for the amount of money spent I didn’t really feel like the level of service matched the cost. My natural hair was also treated really roughly here and I left with a lot of breakage and worry of damage to my natural hair.
