I have been a regular client with the same beauty therapist. This time the waxing was quite disappointing. Not only was it very painful but after reaching home i discovered several patches of my skin have been peeled off to expose the underskin. So unfortunately though I like the therapist I will have to ask for another one next time.

Very friendly and accommodating, I wasn't able to make the appointment so the staff moved things so I could make another time.
