Absolutely delighted with my highlights; the stylist listened to what I wanted and took time and care to achieve this look. I very highly recommend this salon and will be using it again when my highlights need re-doing.
An excellent facial and massage with a friendly and professional beautician, I felt relaxed and calm. The salon has a lovely family feel to it and made me very welcome.

I've been to the establishment to have my hair done and it was a very good experience. However, the beauty treatment was not to my expectations. I had booked this appointment way in advance and was really looking forward to the pampering and unfortunately my experience was rated low for the following reasons.
1. The beauty therapist was running considerably late
2. Voucher was for 1 hour and 15 minute experience - the therapist delivered an hour
3. The therapist did not mention what products she was using and what type (specific treatment) of facial I was getting - I had to ask
4. The lights where on during the majority of my treatment and the background music was random for the service being applied
