As usual, Helena Mcrae salon showed professionalism, care & quality hairdressing.
- Promptly taken to a chair to wash my hair within minutes
- Busy Christmas schedule but the atmosphere was calm yet productive
-Milly washed/massaged/scrubbed my hair & scalp with love!!! Forgot to ask for the Conditioner she used as it smelt lovely.
-Good convo with stylists
- My natural hair could've been straightened more. I've had a better straighten/press at Helena Mcrae.

I have been to the salon several times, and have always found the staff helpful and very professional.

This was my first visit, it won’t be the last.
However I arrived on time and like most hair salons had a bit of a wait before they started on my hair, but the overall experience was great my hair was fantastic so they’ll see me very soon.
