Despite me being a little late, they were still able to accommodate me. They informed me how long each stage of the Olaplex treatment would be and were very professional at all times, even though they were extremely busy.

At the time I thought it was a good wax, since going home I have found obvious patches of hair still on both on my legs, and bikini area that were missed that I’ve had to fix myself. Also have ended up with big red wax burn marks on each bikini line from too hot wax and waxing over the same spot more then once. Won’t be coming back
