The "professional" that cutted my hair started complaining and asking me all the time: who cut ur hair for the last time? It's completly a mess!" Like she couldn't repair or she was finding it hard..in the end she said she coudnt do much cutted less than I asked to. My hair is too long! So it was easy to "fix it"
