At the time I thought it was a good wax, since going home I have found obvious patches of hair still on both on my legs, and bikini area that were missed that I’ve had to fix myself. Also have ended up with big red wax burn marks on each bikini line from too hot wax and waxing over the same spot more then once. Won’t be coming back

I needed a last minute trim before holiday and they were able to accommodate me the same evening. While the staff was kind, they were clearly rushed to close up. My haircut is uneven and was cut very quickly.
