I think they could have better quality wax. The technique my therapist used was not the best. It wasn't one-off pull all the time, so it was a bit more painful (OK, it's wax, don't expect no pain, but it lasted a bit longer). Possibly would go again because of the price and friendliness of the staff.

Had a manicure - I wasn't given the employee I booked online, my employee didn't speak enough English to understand what I wanted or to answer questions I had about the service, and then 2 nails came off later the same day so it was sadly all a waste of time and money
