I arrived early ( approximately 12:45) before my appointment which was booked for ( 13:05). Treatment started early. This was my first time getting gel powder done and so I was asking questions about the difference and appearance of gel powder. He couldn't provide a valid explanation between acrylic and gel powder. He proceeded to glue the nails onto my nails, I see him putting on the acrylic so I said ” I booked for gel powder not acrylic powder, he said oh okay sorry ”. I didn't appreciate the mess up because I confirmed my treatment type and appointment time and he told me to have a seat because he was ready to start my treatment. If I had not been googling the differences between gel and acrylic I would’ve been ripped off and got a treatment I didn't want. I then asked for a pedicure which was good for the most part. The water was not warm enough it actually was below lukewarm. I won't be returning.
