Staff were very unfriendly, the woman who did my nails looked absolutely miserable and clearly didn't want to be there. Shellac was not great either. Ok for price but you can spend a few more pounds and go somewhere better.

Great place with recent renovations, I usually have a very good experience here but my therapist seemed quite inexperienced and my wax was very painful. It seemed like she wasn't letting the wax dry properly which is a shame because they are usually great here.

Amazing complimentary head massage while my treatment was kicking in. I had to leave prompttly and Helen still managed to give me an amazing cut and blow dry under limited time pressure
