I really enjoy going to H&B. The staff know what they’re doing. It doesn’t matter what texture your hair is they can make it look great.
Only one negative thing.... whatever time your appointment is you always have least 20-30 mins or even a longer wait before you are seen to.

The room is clean and I like that before waxing they ask you what shape you want. However, the beautician wasn't holding the skin when waxing, which caused pain ans irritation. The resukt was pretty good, but having waxed for more than 10 years, I know that they should hold your skin when they strap. Overall, good price for a well done wax.
