The beautician I saw yesterday was lovely but half way through she got ushered off to thread someone’s eyebrows. I was left waiting for 10-15 minutes! My shellac has also chipped on most fingers just one day after appliance, so I’m not best pleased. I’m hoping I’ll be able to get a retouch given the above circumstances.

Incredibly rushed eyebrow wax, felt like my eyeballs were being pressed into my skull the beautician was so rough. Very rough uneven job and didn’t pluck or trim after so looks unfinished. Disappointing, won’t go back
