I waited more than one hour whereas I booked an appointment. I expected at least a little discount for this long waiting which ruined my afternoon.
The relaxer is quite expensive especially to relaxe the growths (£65). Nothing else is include in the price (no blow dry, no trim). £65 only for relaxing the growths.
