The procedure was fine, but the woman could not speak English. I tried to speak to her and she could not understand and only knew a few phrases such as 'turn over please'. No problem with the waxing, though. The only other comment I would make, is the toilet needs a hook to hang your bags on. There is nowhere to put your bag, and leaving it on the floor is not a good idea in the current climate. The only option is the door handle, which is also covered in germs.
