I booked threading on the website, turned up and the lady who does the threading didn’t work Fridays. So, I needed a treatment as I had prepaid and had my eyebrows waxed (my first time). I explained that I wanted my thick eyebrows tidied up, no shaping and no hair taking off other then strays. Guess what she did???? She styled my eyebrows and took a large chunk of my beautiful thick eyebrows off. I was devastated and now I am so conscious and embarrassed how my eyebrows now look.

Neither staff nor customers were wearing masks.The technician literally wiped her nose on her hand that she was using to do my nails. Disgusting and disturbing to see when COVID has killed over 100,000 people in the UK alone.

Sadly not too happy with how my eyebrows turned out. Sol was super kind trying to fix it but still left with not so pleasant eyebrows. I wouldn’t recommend this treatment :(
