Excellent and fair price for a cut and wash. Hair wash very thorough and the best wash my hair has had in ages. Good hygiene measures. Lovely caring stylist who transformed my birds nest into something much neater for the next few weeks. Great location just a few steps from Goldhawk Road tube station.

The procedure was fine, but the woman could not speak English. I tried to speak to her and she could not understand and only knew a few phrases such as 'turn over please'. No problem with the waxing, though. The only other comment I would make, is the toilet needs a hook to hang your bags on. There is nowhere to put your bag, and leaving it on the floor is not a good idea in the current climate. The only option is the door handle, which is also covered in germs.
