My highlights were done very nicely, I’m very pleased with how they look.
However, asking me to pay an additional £15 halfway through the highlights being done is unprofessional and felt like a scam.
It certainly means I wouldn’t visit the salon again.

I think I have never been so disappointed in my 35 years of life for an haircut.
She was a very nice lady but clearly she didn’t listen to what I said.
I showed her my hand in orizontal, showing my 4 finger and asked her to cut that much, for some weird reason she understood completely something else.. I am shocked. I know they are just hair but took me a year to grown them, what the hell really, she cut all my hair. Plus her face mask was under her nose all the time.. very bad.
