Not a great experience. The place wasn't even open yet at the time of my appointment. No apology given. The place was cold, everything seemed rushed. I wasn't even offered to hang my coat and had to keep it on my lap the whole time. Haircut was OK but don't think 'European' hair is their specialty..

I have my nice manicure shellac done at Helen’s salon and then I booked the removal: what a catastrophe ! It took more than 1 hour to the poor lady to remove my shellac and she damage severely my nails (the acetone didn’t work). I don’t know what was done wrongly but for sure, I won’t come back.

I booked my haircut with Helen specifically!! I called to let her know I might be running a bit late, she said she wouldn’t be able to cater me as she has a booking right after and just slammed the phone down. Once I arrived at the salon no greetings or anything. After having my hair washed I was sitting on the chair and someone called Helen and to my surprise the lady who was doing my hair was not her!! I feel like I have been conned as I specifically booked Helen and as it’s my first time here
