Absolutely in love with my hair! Got quite a big transformation and for someone who only ever gets her hair done at a specific salon in Canada, I was extremely impressed with everything. The hospitality was unmatched from letting me eat in the back since I was going to be there for a while to just overall making sure I was comfortable and looked after. I bleached my hair for the first time after being very anti bleach And did not regret it one bit. Totally obsessed with my hair - defo recommend!

Gracy was fine but she didn't appear to have as much experience with the hot wax and one section was very difficult to remove.
I booked Sol as she did my waxing last time and it was good. I was surprised to have booked Sol but then be told someone else was doing my waxing. I will return as overall it was fine but next time I'd like to have Sol or be given the option to rearrange if she isn't available.
