2nd visit here. I've noticed the owner of the salon maybe rents out downstairs to the beauticians and also charges the nail tecnition for the space. I honestly do not feel a nice and friendly vibe when I walk into this shop. It's very unprofessional and unwelcoming as a customer. No one really greets you and it's almost like they're all waiting on each other to greet the customers. This could be massively improved. However, the beauticians ladies downstairs are lovely and the space downstairs is calling, clean and nice. My was today was fast and relatively painless. I'd come back but not expect much when you walk through the door
