I turned up for my appointment on Thursday for a Brazilian blow dry but the Treatwell app had not updated Emma’s account so she had no record of my booking. She did kindly reschedule for this Saturday but when I turned up for the 2nd time I had to wait 45mins only for her to tell me that she couldn’t do my hair after all as she was unwell. This was genuine and she did offer to rebook but my holiday is tomorrow and that would be too late! Disappointing to have frizzy hair on holiday!
