I've been coming here for waxing for over 6 years. Heenas is about an hour away from me but it is well worth the travel! They always do their best to find an appointment to suit me, even at short notice. I never have to wait around they are always on time, so accommodating and friendly. The waxing is quick and thorough, my mother has had a hot stone massage and said it was brilliant I'm yet to try it myself. The pricing is always at a good value and there are often promotions on waxing, massage and facial treatments. Great place, the owner Hina is fab we genuinely have a good laugh everytime, highly recommended x
I went in for a wax, the lady was very professional and helpful. She did my waxing really quickly which I appreciated. The salon was clean and the staff are friendly. It is quite accessible, there is parking around the corner. The prices are reasonable and often have discounts.
By far the best salon I’ve been too. Greeted as soon as I entered and was offered a glass of water. Customer service is great here and the prices of treatments are very affordable. In terms of the actual treatment heena was really fast and precise. Would definitely come back here again as I’ve got absolutely zero complaints. If you need to find a new spot for your beauty treatments I fully recommend this place!!!
This is my second time going here for a Hollywood wax and I had the worst experience. There are now only 2 people running the shop and ever since then, my experience hasn’t been so good.
The woman doing the wax had no care in the world. Numerous times I told her the wax was too hot and she still proceeded without letting it cool. The way she waxed was so painful and no sense of empathy. I couldn’t wait to leave. There was also no aftercare, she just sent me on my way.
After a few days I also noticed my skin peeling which I’ve never experienced before.
My first experience was a black lady who took her time with me and ensured I was comfortable, stopped briefly when I was in pain and even held a simple conversation along with aftercare.
I won’t be returning again for this treatment.
Hina is very fast and pain is over with very quickly
