This is my second time going here for a Hollywood wax and I had the worst experience. There are now only 2 people running the shop and ever since then, my experience hasn’t been so good.
The woman doing the wax had no care in the world. Numerous times I told her the wax was too hot and she still proceeded without letting it cool. The way she waxed was so painful and no sense of empathy. I couldn’t wait to leave. There was also no aftercare, she just sent me on my way.
After a few days I also noticed my skin peeling which I’ve never experienced before.
My first experience was a black lady who took her time with me and ensured I was comfortable, stopped briefly when I was in pain and even held a simple conversation along with aftercare.
I won’t be returning again for this treatment.
Absolutely disgusting and vile customer service!!! Heena is so rude and I was so shocked at the way she spoke to me after my treatment! Without a doubt, I would not return to her and I really hope no one gets treated like that in the near future! I just was so appalled especially hearing so many great reviews. It just really is very much humiliating and embarrassing to go somewhere like this and expect it to be professional!
Literally the BEST salon I have ever been too. I have tried loads of places to get a wax and Hennas beauty is the best by far I refuse to go anywhere else! Everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Prices are affordable and the results are great! Defo try them out

I went to Heenas beauty to get a hollywood wax done. I was worried but the lady reassured me me and done the procedure very quick and thorough. I will definitely be going there again. Heena is such a lovely woman.
