Stephanie cut and coloured my hair - she did a great job as I was going from long to short and was a bit nervous with a new person. She was friendly and informative and a very confident cutter, colourist and stylist who made me feel at ease very quickly. I have made a future appointment. Also the salon were kind enough to take my appointment even though the confirmation had not come through from Treatwell and the stylist booked was actually working at the Croydon branch.

The hair wash and head massage was good and all the staff very pleasant. I said I wanted a general tidy up, but not a lot cut off. Specifically said NOT too short and it looked reasonable when the stylist blow dried it. However, next day when the style had flattened I realised just how short it really was. Wouldn't return

Nice to know Hecktik have several late night evenings for the working population! Chantelle was my stylist and we discussed my requirements beforehand. She recommended how much to cut off to get rid of split ends/overdry hair and totally understood my requirements. Very personable. I was offered a drink twice during my one hour twenty min stay! Excellent value for money via Treatwell and would recommend.
