Came here for a colour touch up for bleacing re-growth roots. I also wanted to to sort out the yellow tones in my hair from where I had home-dyed in the past. Was given some great advice by the manager in store with regards to which treatment would be suitable for my damaged hair & won me over by suggesting a toner wash to go over the bleach to bring out some lovely silver tones. They paid special attention to the fact that my hair was damaged & made special allowances for me to come back for a second session free of charge, to ensure that the toner caught to my hair pigment properly. They were very accommodating & I felt I was being listened to. I would recommend going high up in the ladder for the most senior stylist, as this is where you will be sure to receive the best treatment possible! =)
An excellent cut by Stephanie, a very confident stylist with plenty of know-how.
It's a busy salon and I can understand why. A fine service at a great price. Highly recommended.
