Staff were very friendly as soon as I went in. My hairdresser understood the style I was going for and constantly asked for feedback from me as to how I would like it which made me feel like I was in safe hands
I phone up prior to my appointment to check that I can get a colour change and an ombré in my hair, which the owner said is fine. When I got there the hairdresser then said the colour change wouldn't happen (even though it was pre agreed) but would be able to put in the ombré. I have brown hair and wanted blonde put in. It turned out orange and I was very upset on the way home. Rather than cause a scene I emailed the owner and he said I could come in the same weekend and they would fix it. As I was away that weekend I couldn't so had to book in at a nearby Toni and guy salon to make sure it was fixed ASAP because I was so unhappy, costing £224 instead. I asked the owner for a refund and he has ignored me ever since. Very bad customer service, clearly doesn't care about customers and correcting mistakes (even though mistakes shouldn't be made in the first place with a persons hair!)
Centrally located, cool identity and very good service. i went on a sunday, very professional hairdresser made me look not even better, but also cut in a way i can replicate the effect at home with zero efforts. Surely i'll go back!
Alex is an amazing Hairdresser, she is listening to you and make sure that you actually like the result! I will definitely come back for highlights and/or haircut.
