A bit pricey but if you have it...why not. As I walked in, the customer service hit 100%. I was expected and Richard greeted me by name as I set foot through the door. Lydia recognised me from my last visit (I had only been there once before) and she asked about my holiday! She remembered details which made me feel special. A fun lady called Blessings was assigned to do my hair and she kept me engaged, got me a drink and really took her time to pamper me; perhaps took a little too long but I had no plans that day. In hindsight, it may be advisable if time is overrunning, to check with the customer how they are for time. Her head massage during the shampoo, was wonderful. My hair felt and looked great after and I will definitely be returning. Great team.

Really happy with my haircut. This is the 3rd time I've been back now and I love it. The appointment is quick, efficient and spot on and the staff are all super friendly. Everyone has complimented me on my cut!
