The lady who dyed my hair was very good and helpful. She talked me through colour options and made recommendations. Only thing that let the treatment down was that someone else washed the hair dye out of my hair and left quite a bit in. Other than that, would recommend.

Great stylist who cut my hair similar to the picture I had provided so I was really pleased with the end result. She even taught me how to emulate the style she created using GHDs when I said I struggled to do my own hair. She also talked me through the options for highlights and 'painting' as well as I really liked the colour in her hair so I'll look to do that next time.

I have been a loual customer for a while now but i was not happy with my last treatment. I was honest and said it and the team eas very receptive and agreed to fix it. I had to go back and redo my colour a week later, it was not ideal as I did not want to "damage" my hair twice but I they handled the situation well.

Gavin was lovely. Very professional and wonderfully experienced. He listened to what I wanted but added some expert suggestions and advice. He is a blond and a long hair expert. Have booked to see him again.
