What a wonderful experience! I am quite a picky client. Jackie is awesome and very talented, my hair looks banging!! (currently transitioning from relaxed to natural). Also the appointment time was respected which is something that I had never experienced before!

I was VERY late for my appointment (due to delays on the TFL tube) I rang up and explained, I thought my appointment was going to be cancelled, however I was told to make my way in and they would see what could be done. The staff was very accommodating and I managed to have my hair coloured and styled to my relief !
A very friendly, polite, professional team.
I would very much recommend them to my friends and family.
