My experience overall was excellent. Today I came in for a full head of blonde highlights on already bleached hair. My natural roots were very dark. I explained the look I wanted to achieve. After three hours of skilled work, I could see I wasn’t happy with the colour, the pigment in my natural hair had reacted badly to the salons brand of dye and I was left with a warm reddish tint. It was absolutely no trouble for the lady doing my hair to redo any sections again with a lighter bleach combination, and every client that clashed with my then over running appointment was taken care of by somebody else on the team. My hairdresser was not willing to let me leave without loving my new colour, overall I was in the salon for 5 hours and despite the lengthy appointment, thats what it took to achieve my desired look. I felt extremely well cared for and I never felt awkward for being there so long. I just want to say a huge thank you for the hard work and I really appreciate the care that was taken. I’ll definitely be back! Cx
