Very nice hairstyle with a good trim on my afro hair! I expected a bit more exchange of info on my hair - how healthy or unhealthy it looks, recommendations to fix/keep it this way. The hairdresser was very quiet, like she has no particular interest for my hair. I definitely should have expressed it but I just expected her to create the environment so I can be more chatty. For me that would be the x factor to encourage me to come back

Had the most aggressive service ever as I was the last Client also I had long and thick hair , hairdresser has been pulling my hair and brushing it very aggressively rushing to finish her work on time , very rude and unprofessional.
