Always a great experience with Jackie . Very professional , very careful with my hair, good technique with doing my relaxer . Hair not only looks great but feels healthy. Overall however Hebe has remained my go to because (a) it’s difficult to find places that do Afro hair well (b) the staff is friendly (c) with new restrictions , the salon has obviously made visible changes which hasn’t compromised their service .
