I came to the salon as there were good reviews and wish I never read them! The hairdresser (will not name her) was rude, insulting and very rough. I asked for a simply bouncy blow dry… and she gave me flat blow dry and left some areas still damp. I told her to stop hitting my shoulder … if she could make it more bouncy … instead insulted me. She def is not a qualified hairdresser! I told the manger that I wasn’t happy but still asked for money.
I have a feeling the reviews here are fake!

Staff were extremely kind and polite. Very welcoming and professional. The skills on the treatment is the reason I scored it down. My lashes were not hybrid. Just classic set with an additional few extras. Poorly done. Few hours in and we’re already falling out. Same with the end result with lamination unfortunately. And the price I paid was far too poor for the quality of work done. So was very disappointed with overall experience.

I came to get my hair cut because I was feeling pretty down about it. My stylist made me feel even worse about it with her negative comments about the brassiness, how dry it is, saying the length didn’t suit my face, etc. They were all comments on things I am well aware of so I left the salon wanting to cry!!
