Just left this salon in tears - so upset and disappointed with the customer service here and the way I was treated, as well as my treatment in which my skin has been burned on my forehead as the dye was left on my skin (I asked for this to be taken off and Saira scrubbed my skin with nail varnish remover after drying my hair) this hurt and I cried due to the pain - also far too late to remove dye from the skin. I now have black dye all around my hair line, as well as damaged skin. Distraught

I specified a Brazilian and was given a Hollywood wax and then told I had asked for the latter. The hot wax around my bikini line was torn off with a strip which resulted in bruising and redness ahead of my holiday.
