started 15 mins late after I had already been sitting there for 30. another girl sat on the couch and filed my nails instead of at the counter. I asked for them to be filed straight but she filed them so low it began to hurt my skin. then she told me she could not make them straight bc of how short they were? then the next girl did my nails. took forever. did no top coat. got polish all over then blamed it on the fact that I didnt book the cuticle manicure. also the rag at the sink was dirty
