Staff are nice I can see they care about clients and feedback. However, I would say the stylists arent technically advanced enough for balayage. Placement of colour was streaky rather than blended, many different shades and an odd orangey colour. Doesnt mean they are terrible but I think the price range should more accurately represent the skill level as I was expecting an advanced result. It would be too damaging to fix so I politely left and got a toner back near my original tone days later.
