Wax was very thorough and staff were nice, however the beautician went over the same area with the hot wax so many times that the skin was damaged and took a while to heal afterwards

It was ok - not the most ambient of places, but good location and staff. Could do with more of a varied colour selection and one of my gels did start peeling just under 1 week. Good value, but not entirely sure that I would go again based on that.
