Quite possibly one of the worst salons I have been to. The owner (also manning the reception) was very unprofessional and lacked consideration for his customers. He proceeded to announce the treatment I had made the booking for as the therapist came outside to greet me into the therapy room. Whilst this is helpful for the therapist so that she knows which tools to prep for the appointment, I didn’t appreciate the announcement being advertised to other customers who were within earshot and also waiting in the reception area. In addition, part way through the session the owner, rather crassly, knocked on the door asking the therapist to “hurry up”. I would like to add that the therapist however, was wonderful and made me feel more comfortable. Nonetheless, it’s fair to say I will never be returning to this salon - first impressions are everything.
