We took my daughter to Bouncy Blowdry for her haircut with Naila, and the experience was wonderful. My daughter was a little nervous at first, but Naila was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring, which quickly put her at ease. She made the whole appointment fun and stress-free, and the haircut turned out beautifully. Naila really listened to what we wanted and took great care throughout. She took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted and blended the highlights beautifully for a natural, fresh finish. The colour is vibrant, the placement is perfect, and my hair feels healthy and well cared for. Naila was professional, friendly, and made the whole appointment such an enjoyable experience.
