I was very disappointed with the service. The wash was extremely quick under 8 mins for a long hair, but my main concern was the brushing. She used a regular comb on my wet hair, pulling and removing a noticeable amount of hair. It felt rough and uncomfortable, and I was concerned about the amount of hair being pulled out. The blow-dry was also rushed, and I was left with a wet towel on my back for most of the appointment. Overall, the service felt careless and poorly executed.
