I went for 6 min - no difference, went for 9 minutes two days later - still not a lot of difference. In other places, 6 minutes fry me like an egg, so I assume the lamps must be pretty old

Was really annoying how the staff proceeded with threading and not eyebrow wax as I had booked, and as for the lash lift it was only mediocre. The technician wasn’t gentle to my eyes at all, esp when I have sensitive & watery eyes but have never had a problem with lash lifts before.

The threader was not wearing a mask which made me very uncomfortable as she was so close to my face. She didn't trim my eyebrows, which places usually do, and I was literally in and out within 3 minutes. It was quite rushed and not as thorough as my usual threading place is. Won't be coming back.
