I called for a quick drop-in session which they confirmed was okay. But as soon as we began, the waxing lady mentioned that there was another client waiting and so in the end everything was rushed. Because of this, it wasn't as thourough as I would have wanted and I can still see and feel some hair. Would have been nicer to ask me to wait so that the session wasn't rushed.

1st time visit for cut and blow dry (with Asma Akhtar). She is SO lovely and gave me an excellent hair cut, she knows what she is doing and balanced the layers perfectly to frame for my own head shape and hairline. I have long thick Asian hair. Did the exact cut I wanted. Will be my new regular hairdresser now! Did I mention she is a lovely person? ;-) What an absolutely lovely peaceful experience, no fuss or faff and very relaxing.
