I booked two treatments with this salon, the first they called to cancel as they closed. I asked for a refund and they just rebooked it on a random date. The second treatment I arrived and stood outside calling, messaging, ringing bell and no one was there! That evening they called and said ‘yeah we opened at 10.00 today’ Just a ridiculous service and I’ve only had one refund so am still owed £15!

Always a joy to visit and relax whilst receiving one of the fabulous treatments available at Heaven. Their products are amazing. So light to the touch and naturally kind to the skin with amazing results.

Had an amazing facial by Debbie - my skin is going through a very bad phase so Debbie spent a few minutes talking to me and evaluating and then tailored a facial just for me. Felt amazing afterwards - already booked my next one in 😀

Deborah was amazing despite literally running the company and doing everything else that day. She couldn’t have made me more welcome, relaxed and pampered.
I would highly recommend the CACI facial. My skin felt tighter and brighter! Deborah offered me. Slightly different massage than the one booked. I had the lymphatic drainage and that too was just amazing.

I left with beautiful toe nails and I had a fantastic and effective facial too. I learned a lot about Heaven products in comparison to other products in the market I have been using and I feel I can definitely improve on the choices I have made before. I am at the age where I really need effective products and following my facial I have decided to switch to heaven products.
