I came for a treat, very flustered when I got there, but looking forward to it very much. I left having not had a totally relaxing experience and having been told my hair was thin and receding, I was so shocked at the time I felt it best to just go with the flow and leave.
The room was not ready when I arrived though noone vacated before me. There were no new customer forms to be found for me. I wasn't told how to prepare for my facial, so ended up having the (very lovely, or it would have been) surprise foot massage with socks on! I was expecting a facial, so had only taken off my blouse. The therapists phone flashed to indicate an incoming call during the treatment, lighting up the ceiling and vibrating. I was twice left in the room alone, once with the door not properly closed so it swung open and banged the bed, letting in all the light and on both occasions I could hear loud talking in Reception. I appreciate that in some treatments you are left to relax in quiet, but it wasn't quiet, nor dark and not knowing if the customer and therapist talking about collagen in the adjacent room were about to walk past and look in through the door to see me mid-treatment wasn't very pleasant.
I have heard very good reports of Heaven. I think it had been an exciting week for people in the salon, which is lovely. Clearly the gifts that had been delivered had caused excitement, who wouldn't be excited with those boxes of goodies?! I felt excited for you! It was Friday, you were a member of staff down. Its Christmas. I was last in. I understand all of that. Even so, many things let it down for me, which is a real shame.
Maxine Lazenby and I have met several times and she is the running buddy of a good friend. It might be wise not to express your views on her own products to people you do not know as for me that made for uncomfortable listening. The actual massage technique and the products used felt lovely but the overall experience in the main did not feel like the pampering I had expected. It was quite a let down. Having the receptionist talk across me about getting her car from the car park before it was locked in made me feel I had really over stayed my welcome. I could have said all of this on the day, but I didn't feel confrontation was going to make me feel any better, I dont like " scenes". So I just walked home feeling despondent.

I had the CASI facial with Deborah who was attentive and thorough. I could feel the difference immediately and am looking forward to my next treatment with her. A great experience.

Lovely lady, very friendly but my nails started peeling off within 3 days, so I was really disappointed. I contacted the salon and they have offered to redo my nails as 3 more nails have now lifted off after a shower.

The best facial I have ever had! Deborah is so knowledgeable and intuitive, she fine tuned the treatment to my exact needs, and delivered a result beyond expectation. I left feeling relaxed and calm, with super hydrated skin. Her massage technique is unique and released years of tension held in my face muscles.
