The salon was locked up and the staff out and I waited outside until they came back from lunch.
My therapist was offhand and surly. No attempt to be friendly and make me feel welcome. No conversation.
Facial was acceptable. I've had better and worse.
When leaving the therapist barely acknowledged me and didn't ask if I wanted to rebook.
I won't be rebooking!
