This haircut was fine, but very rushed. I wasn't really asked what I wanted and my fringe was just hacked into without me really being asked what I wanted at all. Overall it was a bit of a stressful experience

Lee was really nice and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and made really good suggestions. It was really busy because everyone wants to get their hair done before Lockdown 2 but he did an excellent job still. Will definitely go back after lockdown

I had to wait about 29 minutes before being seen to. This wasn’t a Brazilian Blowout as advertised, but rather a keratin straightening treatment. There weren’t any shampoos or conditioners available for sale. Poor tact on behalf of the hair stylist, who seemed intent on repeating her opinion about my ‘thin hair’ rather than offering solutions/comfortable means to a quality cut/style. Not a pleasant experience and I wouldn’t go back for both quality and enjoyment reasons
