The haircut was good in the end but during my hair wash, the hairdresser went out to have a fag and then came back and continued washing my hair without washing his hands. It was quite gross and I was a bit shocked.

well won't be going there again! complete waste of time&£. told him my hair is v.thick & needs thinning, felt like he was afraid of my hair! hardly took anything off! usually the floor is covered in hair when my hair is cut properly. he also kept moving my parting from middle to the side WHILE cutting.. its a side parting,u aren't meant to move it around!! & I could hardly hear anything he said to me! so glad i've found my old hairdresser has gone mobile after my salon closed. she has saved it!
