I recommend Ruth regularly, she is a very skilled practitioner, is calming, reassuring and I come away feeling bodily more whole and mentally and emotionally soothed too! I can't speak highly enough about this lady. I genuinely mean it!!

I have never had Reiki treatment before. it was very calming and I felt parts of my body reacting. Best night sleep in a long time highly recommend this treatment with Ruth 👍🏽
