Since I started doing Zen Shiatsu in 2004, many changes happened to myself so I am passionate on how the body can react positively to conscious touch. Through the years I have seen many good results from my treatments and that has motivated me to learn other disciplines like REIKI, Sports massage, Womb Healing. I am a London Prestige Award winner for Sports massage specialist of the year 20-21 and also a complementary therapist volunteer in the NHS and work regularly with people with disabilities and neurological conditions. I am now working with two extraordinary therapists, Aitan who is a Shiatsu practitoner and an Acupressure Jin Shin Do Prcatitioner and Yas who is a Lymphatic Drainage Therapist and Reflexologist.

My name is Ruth the founder of Heartfelt Hands Therapies CIC, I am a Shiatsu practitioner and body worker 17 years ago, as these practices have helped me greatly,
I am passionate about sharing the benefits of a better relationship with our bodies so I have learnt many techniques that now I offer to my clients in order to help them get what their body needs, easing pain, feeling more relaxed and en-tuned with your bodies and mind at the same time as experiencing and learning tools to feel better when needed.
I also work regularly in the community with the elderly and disabled so when you pay the full price treatment you are also contributing to the health and well-being of your community.
