This was my first visit here. It was a really lovely place and I had a great day! Although the staff were very attentive I did feel like it would have been good to have a quick tour on arrival if you've never been. The gym was brilliant, the pool was fab too. For me personally I would have preferred it a little darker just to make it more chilled. The sauna and hot tub were perfect. The relaxation area was so nice and I love the cool lights in the dark sauna. Also my treatments were spot on. Really relaxing, but firm enough to get all those knots!
very nice place, although I'd say it could do with a bit of heating! the massage was good not great but the staff were accommodating and lovely
The actual grounds and place is beautiful. We were super excited , however the staff were so rude and unhelpful and made the whole experience lack relaxation. Trying to book in was a bit of a nightmare as communication between the hotel and I was hard. I would use last minute again however not this spa/hotel.
Great facilities, try and pay for the room to a club suite if possible. Dinner is great for a lovely couples intimate setting
