With full access to the facilities we came out refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended.
We had a brilliant Mother and daughter day with three excellent treatments each, we enjoyed the pool first, followed by a leisurely lunch and then the treatments, the staff were very friendly and efficient. The only slight criticism would be the long wait for coffee at the start, perhaps they need more reception staff or a hot drinks vending machine where we could have helped ourselves.
A took my best friend for weekend away. Everything was great hotel, food and night out in Chester (only 10 minute by taxi from the hotel). Everyone in hotel were very friendly and helpful especially Zuzanna in reception. We had a great time.
Great location and wonderful staff. Place seems to be busy like sudden rush of tourists hence reception systems and some family spa facilities/areas are not geared up yet for holiday makers. Girls at spa and treatment areas are superb in their jobs and customer service.
